A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

A game made for OLC CodeJam 2021 in python with pygame.

You've made a device which allows you to jump few seconds into the future. Now an evil organization is after that device and you. Dodge the lasers and enemy ships by time jumping and try to survive as long as you can.

How to play

  • Press Space to fly upwards.
  • Hold Q to time jump. The bar above player ship will fill, when Q is released or bar is full, you will time jump based on how much the bar had filled up.
  • There will be cooldown for time jump also based on how much you jumped.
  • You will have 3 lives, and when you lose a life you will get a invincibility shield for some time. If you crash into the ground you'll lose regardless of amount of lives.

Install instructions

  • Install Python3.
  • Install pygame using pip install pygame in command line.
  • Extract Source.zip and run  SpacetimeBreaker.py using python SpacetimeBreaker.py  in command line.
